If you are interested in becoming a .XXX registrar, our one requirement is to be ICANN Accredited. For more information on ICANN's accreditation process please review ICANN's website at http://www.icann.org/en/registrars/accreditation.htm.

• 1. If you are an ICANN Accredited Registrar, it will be necessary to have your RADAR administrator log in and designate .XXX as a TLD, and sign the .XXX appendix once provided.


• 2. ICM requires you to complete our Request for Information (RFI) which you can download from here.


• 3. ICM will receive notification from ICANN that your appendix has been completed.

• 4. ICM will forward to you our Registry Registrar Agreement (RRA) and related authorization forms.


• 5. Upon receipt of the RRA, related authorization forms and initial deposit, ICM will forward the Sunrise Manual and related technical documents.


• 6. ICM and Afilias will help you through our Operational Test Enviornment (OTE).
