Stuart Lawley — Chairman and CEO
Stuart Lawley is an experienced Chairman and Chief Executive, who has developed and successfully managed a number of UK and US businesses in office technology and the Internet. He was Chief Executive of Eurofax Ltd., Alto Group Ltd. and Chairman of Oneview.net plc (all UK Companies).
Oneview.net plc was a public company, which listed on the Alternative Investment Market (a market similar to NASDAQ in the US) of the London Stock Exchange via an IPO in 1999. At the time of its sale for over $200 Million in March 2000, it had grown from inception to over 400 employees in just 15 months and its share price had increased over 500% since IPO. Oneview.net was an Internet B2B provider.
Prior to Oneview.net, Stuart was CEO of Alto Group Ltd, which doubled in size to over 250 employees and its share price increase by 450% during his 15-month tenure. His first business, Eurofax, grew at a compound annual rate of more than 40% over the 12 years under his control.
In addition, Stuart is principal owner, Chairman & CEO of a National Electronic Health Records business, an Electronic Home Automation business and is also a lead investor and Director of a well known Multimedia Online Game Playing business. He has a B.Sc. in Engineering from Imperial College, University of London, England, and resides in Palm Beach County, Florida.
Cathy Zibbel — Chief Financial Officer
Cathy oversees and directs all significant aspects of the financial, accounting, and financial compliance operations. She is also responsible for internal and external reporting for finance operations, including revenue forecasting, expense budgeting, and day-to-day accounting functions.
Cathy also manages and directs the Human Resources Department.
Prior to joining ICM, Cathy was CFO for a large Electronic Medical records business and prior to that a residential and commercial construction subcontractor, as well as the VP of Finance for the Broward and Palm Beach Divisions for a national homebuilder headquartered in South Florida. She has been involved in several start-ups, including 2 successful retail operations that she owned and operated on the Big Island of Hawaii.
She has more than 25 years of experience in finance/accounting, human resources, and operations management, and holds a Masters in Six Sigma from Villanova University.
Steve Winyard — Vice President Europe
Steve Winyard is successful and experienced Main Board Director and serial entrepreneur, who has developed and successfully founded and managed a number of UK businesses in various technology fields and the Internet. In total, Steve has to date been responsible for delivering revenue and growth in 5 start-up companies realising aggregate valuations in excess of £160 million on exit and delivering substantial shareholder return with high profit and growth.
Steve was Director and Founder of Destiny plc which develops applications for digital and mobile technology solutions. In addition, Steve was CEO and founder of a social gaming studio and was also a Director of Thales plc leading the satellite and GPS technology for Europe. Steve joined ICM in September 2011 , to head up delivery of the micropayment payment solution and represents ICM across Europe as well as supporting the company's sales efforts globally.
Len Bayles — Chief Technical Officer
Len has served in the lead technology role at ICM Registry since nearly its inception.
Most recently he was the Senior Director of Software Engineering at Afilias USA leading the Research and Development team. At Afilias his team developed an IDN email solution, mobile technology, a DNS product solution, as well other new technologies.
Early in Len’s career, he owned and operated Innovative Systems Design assisting in the startup and operation of many Internet Service Providers and provided consulting services in the areas of: software and computer hardware development, network design and implementation, and consulting in voice and data communications. He has an extensive communications background stemming from his 17-year career at Bell System. Len was Project Manager of AWRegistry,the 11th operational ICANN-accredited domain name Registrar. While serving in this position he managed all aspects of the Registrar's operations, including development, marketing, and sales, and positioned AWRegistry as the eleventh ICANN Registrar to go operational in September of 1999. Len helped form Market Mechanix as their CTO and a Director.
Len was also Vice President at Pool.com doing business development during their launch. As CTO of SnapNames he helped invent the secondary domain name market and created the actual name grabbing technology. Len currently holds eight patents for technology relating to deleting domain names. Len spends his spare time building atomic clocks and enjoying his Shelby Cobra 427 normally at high speeds.
Greg Dumas — Chief Marketing Officer
Greg began his career in the adult business working for Larry Flynt at LFP Publications in 1995. As the Vice-President of Marketing, he directed his efforts to the newly emerging Internet market with the launch of Hustler.com in March 1995. He remained there until he ventured off to iGallery in 1996.
With Greg as its President, iGallery grew into a dominant force in the adult Internet market and was a top-tier market leader. In 1999, iGallery was sold to New Frontier Media to capitalize on the convergence of cable television and the Internet. In 2001, Greg formed GEC Media, which was solely focused on managing domains, websites and affiliate programs. GEC Media launched Express Pro, a Yahoo certified reseller program in 2005 offering search engine optimized traffic. In addition, Greg also excelled with domain portfolio management and selling different types of Internet traffic. Being a supporter of .XXX since its inception Greg joined the ICM team to head up marketing efforts in early 2011.
He is a graduate of University of Phoenix with a Master's degree in Organizational Management and an undergraduate of Idaho State University with Bachelors degrees in English and History.
Pat Donaldson — Chief Registrar Liaison
Patrick currently serves as the Chief Registrar Liaison for ICM Registry. In this role he manages all aspects of communication with registrars worldwide. Prior to joining ICM Registry, Patrick spent 6 years as the Regional Sales Director for Alltrust Networks, a leading biometric identity management service. At Alltrust he oversaw a team of resellers and managed the client portfolio in the Southeast Region of the United States.
Patrick received his BA from Salisbury University and his MBA with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from Nova Southeastern University.
